Full Description
In 2010 the route of the Ashford Southern Ring Main was investigated by Kent Archaeological Projects. In Area 3 of the route, two gullies were found. The first was curvilinear and contained two sherds of Bronze Age date and a fragment of worked flint of Neolithic/Early Bronze Age date. The second gully was linear and contained over 500 sherds of under-fired pottery of probable Mid Bronze Age date. (1)
