Full Description
In 2003 the Trust for Thanet Archaeology carried out an evaluation at Salmestone County Primary School. A gully was found to cross the site but could not be dated. It was thought to possibly be of prehistoric or Roman date, based upon other known archaeology in the area. (1-2)
A watching brief in 2004 by the Trust for Thanet Archaeology recorded two post holes, also undated. (2)
