Summary

A number of pillboxes were constructed across the Western Heights in the 20th century to cover the approaches to the heights, these are generally inter-visible. This example is a Type B Quad and is located on the south eastern side of the Drop Redoubt, on the rampart of the North-east Line Adjacent to the cliff edge. (location accurate to the nearest 1m based on available information)
