Full Description
Type 24 pillbox, with brick revetting which is in bad condition: used as a shed.Pillbox [Sector 3]. Cassini ref 669747. At Bramling, in the carpark of the Haywain public house, S of and next to the A257 road from Littlebourne to Wingham. (3)
Brick-shuttered type 24 pillbox, with internal anti-ricochet wall removed and used as a wood store but with no door in place. Stands tall on a mound with three steps up to entrance. Square embrasures. Faces E along road. Access including
interior possible although on land owned by the public house. Very overgrown. (1)
