Site identified during transcription of features recorded on air photographs. (1)
Visible in aerial photographs of 2003. Also visible on Google Earth aerial photographs of 2013. (2)
A Ring Ditch probably a Bronze Age round barrow is visible as a cropmark in Next Perspectives APGB Imagery 14-APR-2015 and HEA 29751/27 29-JUN-2015. The site appears as a large slightly sub-circular ring ditch with diameter between 27m and 28m and a partial inner circuit witnin the western side. This site has been mapped as part of the Historic England Thanet Landscape Mapping Project 2024 (3-4).
