Summary

A long fragmentary linear cropmark has been identified in fields to the north of Acol. This feature was recorded from aerial photographs taken by the Royal Commission on the Historic Monument of England as part of a project to identify and classify cropmarks across Kent. The cropmark runs for at least 1km and appears to be associated with a number of enclosures and ring ditches in the area.
