Full Description
In 2011 Wessex Archaeology carried out an evaluation at Stone House Hospital. Geoarchaeological test pits were dug within each evaluation trench to inspect the gravels. In total, five struck flints were recovered. These were not thought to indicate occupation of the area. (1)
