Full Description
A group of three ring ditches, one double ringed ditch, and numerous faintly visible ring ditches. This group is visible as a cropmark in Google Earth images from May 2007, to the east of St. Nicholas at Wade. The ditches all measure approximately 10 metres in diameter, and all consist of a single circular ditch with the exception of the double ring ditch which is formed of two concentric circles. (1)
A group of three ring ditches visible as a cropmark on Next Perspectives APGB Imagery 21-APR-2007 and mapped as part of the Historic England Isle of Thanet Landscape mapping project in 2024. These ring ditches have been described separately in child records to this main record (2)
