Full Description
Denehole, SE of Wormshill.
TQ 8821 5671. A string of deneholes stretches across the parish of Wormshill along the top of the North Downs. They are sunk through clay-with-flints. Open, 4-chambered. Shaft 2.0-2.5m in diameter. Very good condition.
