Full Description

In 2008 Archaeological Services & Consultancy carried out a programme of works. Sealed below a layer of alluvium, a single curvilinear feature was found. This was probably a gully and it contained animal bones and worked flints. It was below a burnt deposit with fire-cracked flints which was carbon dated to the Middle Bronze Age (1568 cal BC ). (1)
