Full Description

In 2004 Oxford Archaeology carried out an evaluation and in 2005 they carried out an excavation at East Hall Farm. A total of 306 pieces of flint were found, most of which could broadly dated to the Late Neolithic/Early Bronze Age. These finds must have come from later features as there was only one feature dated to this period, the ring ditch of the Early Bronze Age barrow. (1)
