Type: Loose courtyard with working agricultural buildings on one side
Farmhouse: Farmhouse detached gable end-on to yard
Position: Isolated position
Survivial: No apparent alteration

Description of farmstead:
Lies on flat marshland near Reading sewer and drainage ditches. Under threat of flooding if sea defences failed. Classed as a very small farm. Farmhouse is C17 small plan house which is unlisted. Various outshots have been built onto it; cartshed to the west, poultry shed also to the west, stable front and bullock shed on east in small courtyard. 1906 OS map shows sheepfold west from farmstead however this land was not owned by previous owner.
