Full Description
[TR 35 70] Material of Neolithic, Roman and Medieval date has been uncovered in the centre of Margate on the site of major development. The area has been heavily disturbed by cellars and footings of the C19th terraced houses which once stood on the site. A number of disturbed graves were also found. (1)
