Full Description
'A' [TQ 58027015] DENEHOLE [T.I.] 'B' [TQ 58337041] DENEHOLE [T.I.] 'C' [TQ 58577022] DENEHOLE [T.I.] 'D' [TQ 59057019] DENEHOLE [T.I.]. (1) Only two deneholes now remain. 'A' has been filled and ploughed over. 'B' lies in a ploughed field, and is being filled with rubbish. 'C' has been completely destroyed by sand and gravel workings. 'D' lies in a fenced enclosure. It has collapsed and is now a hole 10m. in diameter which has been filled with rubbish to within 1.4m. of ground level. (2)
