Position: Loose farmstead cluster
Survivial: Only the farmhouse remains

This feature is recorded in the English Heritage Historic Area Assessment for Cooling Parish. The report states:
"Broomhey Farm sat on the edge of the upland and close to the marshes to the west [think should be east] of the village."
"Broomhey farmhouse, rebuilt in 1849, survives in a much altered form. It, like nearby Eastborough Farm, lies within the nature reserve." (3)
