Type: Loose courtyard with working agricultural buildings on one side and with additional detached elements to the main plan
Farmhouse: Farmhouse detached in central position
Position: Isolated position
Survivial: Altered - significant loss of original form (more than 50%)

This feature is recored in the English Heritage Historic Area Assessment for Allhallows Parish. The report states: "The village contained several farmsteads of which little trace now survives and a number of other outlying farms were scattered across the parish including the surviving farm sites at…Nord Farm…Nord Farm, in the south east of the parish, was in existence by the early 19th century, if not earlier, but survives only as a collection of agricultural sheds."
