Summary
Redundant stables, with accommodation over, converted as use as a rental property. The building replaces a building on a different axis which appears on the tithe map of 1843 for Addington and in the attached 1780 painting of the house by Dominic Serres, when the house was inherited by Captain William Locker from his father in law, the builder Admiral Parry.
