Full Description

Tonbridge station, opened 1842. Formerly known as Tunbridge Junction. Single storey hipped roof building built over the line on round headed arches. Brick built with parapet at roof line and pairs of arched windows. Unusual design for the line. Altered 1935 with removal of parapet and change of windows. Subsequently tile clad. (1)
