This feature is mentioned in the AB Heritage Heritage Appraisal for land on Green Lane, Langley, Kent prior to proposed development of the land. The appraisal required an assessment of all heritage assets within 500m of the proposed development area and this feature was within that area. The report states: "Two known heritage features of post-medieval date are located within the study area. These are post-medieval farmsteads which provide evidence for the post-medieval agricultural nature of the area. The closest of which is Green Lane Farm located c30m to the south-west of the proposed development site." (3)
