An outfarm, formerly with a full regular courtyard plan. The farm complex dates to before 1769 when the southern Oast House and northern storage building were built. The Oast House comprises of two oasts, at its west end, and a rectangular stowage and has a late 18th/early 19th-century date, based on the appearance of the brickwork. By 1897, buildings had been added to the west side and the north end of the east side of the yard. These were replaced during the 20th century by animal shelters of red brickwork with corrugated iron rooves. At some point between 2003 and 2015 the northern farm buildings were demolished. (3)
