Cottage. C16, restored 1827. Timber-framed, pebbledashed, with rear elevation and painted brick in Flemish bond. Plain tile roof. 2 storeys on plinth. Roof hipped both ends leaving short ridge. Projecting red brick stack to left and red brick stack in lean-to to right. Two 3-light leaded casements. Ribbed door, C19 or C20 with 4-centred arched head in rendered rear porch with gable and hood-mould over door. 1827 datestone to centre of front elevation. Marked as Tudor Lawn on O.S. Map.
