Farmhouse: Farmhouse detached in central position
Position: Isolated position
Survivial: Altered - significant loss of original form (more than 50%)
New sheds: Large modern sheds built beside the historic farmstead, the farmstead could still be in use

Description of Farmstead:
Southeast of Canterbury in largely fruit growing land with Howletts Zoo immediately northeast. C17 brick houses converted to housing southwest. Northeast of this is a row of cottages. Same ownership of Woolton Farm to the northwest which adjoins with zoo. Entrance northeast of cottages is farmyard that holds cartshed/warehouse behind a C17 house converted to cottages. Historic maps show reduced size of the site. Possible other small agriculture buildings located behind C17 house. 1907 and after saw demolitions of structures within the site.
