Full Description
The site of a demolished two storey house, possibly of 15th century manorial origins: there may however have been a manor house on the site in the 12th century. An additional block was added probably in the late 16th century and the whole house was considerably altered in the 19th century. The building was demolished in the late 1950's. The house had a crosswing at the south western end. The ground floor was built of flint and stone rubble with a timber framed jettied upper storey.
