Oasthouse to the northeast of Cacketts. First visible in the 1842 tithe map for Horsmonden and 1st edition OS map as a rectangular structure without roundels, suggesting it was constructed by the mid nineteenth century. Addition of two roundels by the early twentieth century, as they appear in the 2nd, 3rd and 4th editions of the OS. The building is visible in aerial photographs from the 1940s onwards, though appears to have fallen into disrepair, with the roundels’ cowling clearly missing in the aerial photographs of 2005/6 and 2008.
