Full Description
An oasthouse to the northwest of Malthouse Farm. The building appears in the 1789 OS drawings and 1838 (?) tithe map of Woodchurch, suggesting it was probably constructed in the eighteenth century. It is recorded as a single roundel oasthouse in the 1st, 2nd and 3rd edition OS maps, and remains visible in the 1940s aerial photographs, though the roundel appears to have been demolished by this time. The building appears to have been extended in the 1990 aerial photographs, with the construction of silos along its western side.
