Full Description

Former site of hop pickers huts, south west of Buttons Bourne Farm. A row of huts first appear on the Wrotham 1839 Tithe map, south of the River Bourne. A second row of huts appears on the north side of the river on the second edition Ordnance Survey map (1897 - 1900). The hoppers huts are still visible on the 1940s aerial photographs and appear to have been demolished sometime after 1947.
