Full Description
Twin roundel oast built in the middle of the nineteenth century adjacent to Barfield Farm - building shown on the OS first edtion map but not the tithe map. The oast was subsequently extended to a triple roundel at the end of the nineteenth century - as shown on the OS second, third and fourth edition maps - but one roundel was demolished at the end of the twentieth century - as shown on the 2008 aerial photo.
