Full Description
Former site of an oasthouse to the southeast of St. Leonard’s House. The building, consisting of four roundels along its southeastern side, is recorded in the 2nd edition OS Map, and possibly also in the 1st edition, suggesting it was built by the end of the nineteenth century. It is recorded in the 3rd and 4th editions of the OS, and appears in the 1940s aerial photographs, but not in those of 1990, suggesting it was demolished at some point in the second half of the twentieth century.
