Single roundel oast built in Cock Street at the beginning of the nineteenth century. The 1844 tithe map shows a rectangular building and the roundel was added afterwards - first shown on the OS first edition map and subsequently on the second, third and fourth edition maps. The oast is also shown on all the aerial photos of the twentieth century.
