Full Description
Site of Georgian stabling built 1804-6, modified in 1856 and burnt down in 1916. It was probably demolished shortly after this.
An evaluation in 2009 by Canterbury Archaeological Trust found walls probably relating to the buildings. (1)
A watching brief in 2011 by Canterbury Archaeological Trust recorded surviving walls and traces of the buildings but the area had been truncated by 20th century activity. (2)
