Full Description

The first edition Ordnance Survey map (1862-1875) shows a single rectangular building in the south east corner of the field, along the field boundary. There is an addition of four more structures on the second edition Ordnance Survey (1897-1900). One, west of the original; the other three follow the field boundaries to the east and north, only the eastern most, appears to be a pickers hut.
The third edition Ordnance Survey (1907-1923), shows only the northern structure.
The aerial survey of the 1940s, shows two long, rectangular buildings along the eastern boundary, but these are demolished before the 1990 aerial survey.

Identified by the Historic Farmsteads Survey. (1)
