Full Description
Dover Union Workhouse was built in 1835-6. The site developed into Buckland Hospital with additional buildings being constructed throughout the second half of the 19th and 20th centuries. The original main building was replaced in the 1920s or 1930s. Some of the later additions still survive as parts of Buckland Hospital. (1)
