Full Description
In 2012 an evaluation and a subsequent excavation were carried out by Canterbury Archaeological Trust. Evidence of several medieval buildings was found. A possible wall foundation, metalled surfaces and clay floors indicated one such building. In the second area excavated three buildings were recorded, two with cellars. Little in the way of dating material was recovered from these features. (1)
