Full Description
A pillbox is shown on modern OS mapping at this location. It is visible on aerial photos of 1946/7.
Pillbox located at edge of Country Park, above river Medway on East Farleigh Cruising Club mooring, just below railway line. Concrete construction, brick facing. Entrance closed off with modern door (used by local fishing club) embrasures blocked. Boathouse structure fixed to front face. Field of fire 220 degrees (SSW). Overall fair condition exterior. (1)

Type 24 pillbox, brick-shuttered. It has a steel locked door, and is being used as a store. Teston Bridge. (2)
