Full Description
In 2012 Swale and Thames Archaeological Survey Company carried out an evaluation in advance of the construction of a block of apartments. Struck flints were found as residual finds in later features though their unpatinated condition suggests recovery from an undistrubed horizon. These included a blade, a blade-like flake, an awl and two burnt unworked flints. They are thought to be of Neolithic-Bronze Age date. (1, 2)
