Full Description
In 2007 Swale and Thames Archaeological Survey Company carried out an excavation. A high proportion of the struck flints recovered were of blades or debitage from blade-based reduction strategy. These are typically of Mesolithic or Early Neolithic date. An unfinished leaf-shaped arrowhead was also found. No features on the site were dated to either period. (1)
