Summary
Second World War light anti-aircraft battery (VD4) west of Burnt House Lane, Wilmington, nr. Dartford, Kent. It consisted of 1 quad Vickers gun and 1 Hispano-Suiza gun. As one of a number of batteries it appears to have been part of an encircling defence for the Brooklands Vickers factory. It is first mentioned in a document of 1942. Its date of removal is unknown.
