Harmer Road School, Swanscombe, used as a lecture theatre and drill hall for the National Fire Sevice/Auxiliary Fire Service during the Second World War. No other details are known. The school was demolished about 2001. (1) the building is visible on the fourth edition OS map of the area (2)
