Full Description
TQ 6780 5756 Site of Dumb Clock Row. Eight tenements of timber and weatherboarding two storeys built c1780 each tenement with living room and scullery and two bedrooms designed as architectural composition. (1) 13/38 No 1,2,3,4,5,6,7 Dumb Clock Row. Grade 2 Early 19thC. Attractive row of painted cottages, 2 storeys 6.3.6 sash window facade, the centre slightly projecting with pedimented gable. The circular plastered panel in the gable originally contained clock. 7 panelled doors with flat bracketted hoods, the centre door having pilastered frame (2) Orig located at TQ 704 581.
