Full Description
In 2011 Kent Archaeological Projects carried out a watching brief on a pipeline. A Roman cremation was found accompanied by four pottery vessels. It had been disturbed and truncated by ploughing. The burial was probably of the second or third century AD. There were also three copper alloy objects with the burial - a blade, a pin and an unidentified object. (1)
