Full Description
The Guilford Tramway ran from Guilford Wharf on Bowling Green Reach on the River Stour to St. George's Golf Club. The narrow gauge (3' 6'') industrial railway was used to move materials from the wharf to build Sandwich Bay Estate. It ran from 1903 until 1930, appearing only on the 3rd edition 25" OS mapping of the area.
