Full Description
In 2013 Wardell Armstrong Archaeology carried out a fieldwalking survey. Three sherds of Roman pottery were found across the area surveyed but in no particular concentration and although showing evidence of activity in this periods in the area, their recovery from the field is likely as a result of disturbance through agricultural activity.
