Full Description
A ring ditch visible as a cropmark in aerial photos of 1990 to the south east of Great Brooksend farm, Brooksend. It is 13m across and consists of a circular ditch. (1)
The cropmark remains of a probable Bronze Age round barrrow visible as a ring ditch 14m in diameter is visible on aerial photographs - Next Perspectives APGB Imagery 05-MAY-2018 and HEA 29844/26 20-APR-2016. The NE side of the ring ditch is truncated by a modern trackway. This feature was mapped as part of the Historic England Thanet Landscape Mapping Project 2024 (2-3).
