Summary
Racquet court at Burgoyne Barracks, formerly the Royal Engineers Barracks, Shorncliffe Camp, constructed between 1867 and 1873 by the Royal Engineers. The south and west walls and flat, steel roof of the squash court and inserted panelling above the gallery associated with this court, also later C20 timber steps and structure associated with the use of the climbing wall are excluded from the List entry. Similarly, the later stores, structures and yard attached to the racquet court are not included in the listing.
