Full Description
A ring ditch visible as a cropmark in the Google Earth image of 2013, to the northeast of Sarre.
It is 25m across and consists of a single circular ditch with no interruption. (1)
A ring ditch forming part of a round barrow of Bronze Age date was visible as a cropmark in Next Perspectives APGB Imagery 14-APR-2015. The pennanular ditch measuring about 27.7m in maximum diameter appears to have a break in its south-west arc. This feature was mapped as part of the Historic England Isle of Thanet project in 2024.
