Findspot record TR 04 SW 444 - Possible Upper Palaeolithic long blade from Orbital Park, Ashford
Summary
An archaeological excavation was carried out in 2010 as part of the redevelopment of the site at Orbital Park, Ashford. In the northern part of the site a single highly patinated flint blade was found, probably of Upper Palaeolithic date, and possibly of the terminal Upper Palaeolithic Long Blade industry.
