Full Description
In 1999 the Trust for Thanet Archaeology and Canterbury Archaeological Trust carried out a strip, map and sample project on the site. Among later features, a small flint handaxe of cordate type was found. It could either have been found during the Bronze Age and kept, or deposited in the ditch during field clearing (1)
