Full Description
Evaluation found evidence of pits and post-holes. (1) Subsequent excavation clarified the archaeological record, with evidence of droveways and associated field systems in area 6 (2, 3). A knapped flint bifacial implement that was possibly a residual Palaeolithic handaxe was recovered.
