Full Description
The Canterbury UAD states that the site of an inn or tavern is shown on the 1st edition OS Map of 1874, however, nothing has yet been found regarding its name or any other details. Taylor suggests that this was the later site of the Farmer's Club which had taken the place of two earlier properties one presumably being the former inn.
