Summary

The western boundary runs along the length of Northgate Street from New Ruttington Lane in the north-west to the rear of the properties fronting Broad Street in the south-west; The southern boundary from the junction of Northgate Street with the rear of properties fronting Broad Street, along Broad Street in a staggered route south-eastwards to the rear of properties fronting the west side of Old Ruttington Lane just to the east of Military Road; The eastern boundary runs along and just beyond the eastern side Military Road from the rear of Broadstreet in the region of modern Artillery Garden's in the south to the junction of Military Road and New Ruttington Lane in the north-east; the northern boundary runs along New Ruttington Lane from its junction with Military Road to its junction with Northgate Street to the northwest.
